We met Joe Laurin, his wife Maureen, and their boys when our children were playing youth sports and attending Willard Elementary School. Over time our families have become close friends. Our “boys” are now sophmores in college, so we have known Joe and his family for quite a long period of time. 

Over these years we’ve come to know Joe as smart, thoughtful, and generous of his time. Joe and his family share the values that many of us in Concord hold: good schools for our kids, a safe and vibrant community, thoughtfulness, and transparency in our leaders. We are confident that Joe will bring those same values to our Select Board. In addition, we’ve known Joe to be confident to say what he believes, even when it was not necessarily “popular.”  

We need people like Joe to help lead Concord.
